Need a quick reset for your energy field? This 30-minute session offers a gentle yet powerful clearing using the vibrational medicine of herbs and botanicals.

Using a blend of smoke-free options like herbal wands, infused oils, floral waters, and fresh or dried botanicals, I will intuitively work with your energy to help clear stagnant, heavy, or intrusive energies from your aura and body. This is ideal for those who feel energetically “off,” emotionally overwhelmed, or simply need a refresh between deeper sessions.

May also include smoke options of herbal wands, white sage, etc. 

Each session includes:

• A brief energetic check-in

• Aura clearing with selected plants, such as sage, cedar, lavender, or rosemary

• Light touch or hover-based clearing (if preferred)

• Grounding with calming herbs or flower essences
