Group Reiki with Sound Session

Join Jo & Tahsha for a deeply restorative evening where Reiki energy and sound medicine flow together in harmony with the New Moon.

The new moon is a time of new beginnings, intention setting, and planting seeds for what you wish to grow. During this group session, Reiki energy will help clear away stagnant energy, reset your body’s natural flow, and open space for the intentions you set under the new moon.

If you have never received a Reiki session, this is a great opportunity for you to experience all the wonders of this modality.

This is also good for anyone who has had Reiki previously and to join in with the collective! 

What To Expect:

*Gentle guided opening to ground into the present moment

*Vibrational soundscape designed to soothe the nervous system and open intuitive pathways and align your vibration

*Closing integration to anchor peace, clarity, and renewal

*You....just how you are

*A friend, or several 

*blanket, pillow, or anything else you need to feel comfortable

*any items you’d like charged with Reiki and new moon energy (such as crystals, journals, or talismans).

*Water

**We have several yoga mats available for use, or you can bring your own. We also have a couple seats for anyone who has trouble getting up and down from the floor**
