Using rhythmic drumming, rattles, or other sound tools, I guide you into a trance-like state where the analytical mind quiets, and the inner world opens.

Together, we will journey into the unseen realms—the Lower World, Middle World, and Upper World—each offering unique wisdom and healing. These realms are where we may meet your power animals, spirit guides, ancestors, or elemental allies who wish to walk with you, support your healing, and offer messages for your soul’s path.

As your guide, I create a safe and grounded space for you to explore, receive, and reconnect. This process may include:

• Meeting your spirit allies to receive guidance, protection, or healing

• Ancestral healing to release inherited trauma or receive ancestral blessings

• Soul retrieval to reclaim parts of yourself lost through past pain or life transitions

Each 60 minute session includes:

• A brief intention-setting and gentle journey induction

• A guided shamanic journey using sacred sound (aprox 30 mins)

• Time afterward to reflect, journal, and share any insights if you wish
